I bought this fabric when I was in Darwin earlier this year. It is printed using a simple lino-cut print on silk dupion. I love the colour combination and the texture and variation in the print. The fabric is from Babbarra Designs in Maningrida, in central Arnhem Land. The centre began as a womens refuge in the 1980's and today provides employment and textile training for woman in the area. I would love to visit there..
